I tendered to a recently opened Italian restaurant in Aberdeen to design and produce their menus for the opening night of Mamma Pizza Aberdeen.
Specialising in authentic Italian cuisine the client wanted subtle hints of Italy and Italian food without going overboard and cliche. Due to the infancy of the restaurant I devised a simplistic, but effective DL two fold menu that incorporated all the menu contents with its Italian translation and continued the branding and the interior design of the restaurant itself. The menu can then be adapted and increased in size and layout to expand as the restaurant grows.
The client also required simple business cards with an illustrated vector map along with promotional A5 flyers including some special offers and discounts. The flyers again followed the aesthetic of the restaurant and encompassed the handcrafted authentic cuisine.

Following a menu expansion the client required an updated menu and I updated the concept and introduced the new gate-fold to the prints. To avoid wear and tear through continued use a matte laminate was added to the cover.
